Got the lava stone - but now wondering if the plain black ones look better. Not bad though, came with small strips of brown paper and two toothpicks. got the 7-inch version and it fits my wrist perfectly, with just a about a half inch give. Also, the string is elastic so that helps with the give as well.I bought this for two reasons - I wanted a blue bracelet and I am using the intention insert to keep me in track for a goal I set.this is a wonderful bracelet for the price. nicely packaged, well made, looks like i spent a lot more on it. i've seen these in catalogs for way more money. i'm going to be ordering more of these for gifts. so glad i found this on amazon.I’ve seen this type of bracelet elsewhere for a lot more money, so am very pleased with this one. The capsule is high quality stainless steel, and the beads are very nice.
